Better Late Than...

Better late than never about sums it up! I can't believe Mary and I still have photos from our Napa trip in May! Andrew had some connections that allowed us to get an exclusive private tasting! It was so much fun, and we all loved the wine. I still have several bottles in the basement... 

And of course, Andrew is always ready for a photo shoot. I think he must have been a model in another life... 

This area... is so beautiful. We tried to go back recently but they were all booked up. If you're ever in Napa, try to swing by Luna, you won't regret it! They're reds were amazing and on top of that, they have the best Pinot Grigio. I am not normally a Pinot Grigio fan, but it was the perfect balance of sweet and full flavored. In fact, it's what Luna is known for!

Aerial Views at Sterling Vineyards

I don't think anyone in the party had ever been to Napa Valley before and the views here at Sterling Vineyards made the trip worth it all on their own. It came recommended from my parents who have visited California wine country many times. You reach the vineyard through a three minute ride on an aerial tram. It was worth it :) 

They felt the need to pretend to be serious wine snobs....

It lasted about a second, no surprise there!
